libm/arch/vax: Use STRONG_ALIAS, not ALTENTRY.
STRONG_ALIAS copies the symbol size and type, so it avoids warnings
like this:

libm/arch/vax: Use END to delimit symbol definitions.
This way we get sizes and, likely, slightly better debug info about
PCs inside these symbols.
