merge libXi 1.7.9 and libXpm 3.5.12: merge a local patch.

merge libXi 1.7.7, libXrandr 1.5.1, libXrender 0.9.10, libXtst 1.2.3,
libXv 1.0.11, libXvMC 1.0.10., and libxcb 1.11.1.

merge libSM 1.2.2, libXaw 1.0.12, libXfont 1.4.7, libXi 1.7.2,
libXmu 1.1.2, and libXpm 3.5.11 parts.

merge patches to libXi, libXrender, libXvMC and libxcb that fix
security issues listed in "X.Org Security Advisory: May 23, 2013"
but haven't had new versions released yet. see:
