Changes in Makefile http://nxr.netbsd.org/rss/src/external/mit/xorg/bin/xterm/Makefile en Copyright 2005 Java fix some m68k warnings for xterm's charset.c, use -fno-jump-tables to avoid warnings. for gallium, the format_utils.c and glsl_lexer.cpp parts for GCC 14 are also needed here (-Os / -O1 -fno-jump-tables).
