Add "build.sh live-image" support for hpcarm.

Tested on WS003SH.

Invoke ${MAKESUMS} for ${RELEASEDIR}/${RELEASEMACHINEDIR}/installation files
as snap_md_post target in etc/etc.${MACHINE}/Makefile.inc rather than

Change ramdisks from dhclient to dhcpcd and add corresponding glue to
sysinst. For amd64, the crunchgen binary shrinks by 150KB uncompresssed,
60KB compressed.
