34 different termcap subsets, plus a couple of ports still using the full termcap distfile. In an attempt to reduce the madness switch everyone (except the i386 cd install which does its own thing) to the same (under 8K) termcap subset:

Add French, German and Polish sysinstmsgs to all ramdisks that include sysinst expect those where at least one of the language variants isn't built, and those that are known not to have enough space (i386 ramdisk-tiny). Files added to list.sysinst, list.sysinst.en is used when these files cannot be added. This might hit a size limit on another build - but I have no (sane) way of testing it.

Changes to mac68k instkernel
- - Don't descend into miniroot. This permits "make clean" and "make obj" from within /usr/src/distrib to succeed. - - Don't strip the install kernel--I need this to boot. - - Add release target, for use by "make release" in top level src dir. - - Ramdisk now builds in "notes" dir before reaching into it. - - Ramdisk unconfigures vnd when make is interrupted, by Ctl-C, for example. It would be nice to unconfigure the vnd device if the make fails for any reason, but I can't figure out how to do that.
