init creates the RAM disk for devices not the kernel

Add a warning that booting the install kernel from a Solaris root partition
may fail for non obvious reasons. Fixes for the bootloader will not be
available in-time for 4.0, unfortunately.

PR/13749 - Incorrect options specified for dd(1) in tape installs.

Cleanup dd options accordingly to the following policy:
1) put if, of, bs, conv in this order
2) for reading/writing from/to disk don't use sync
4) reading from tape - use sync
3) writing to tape - use osync

Fix a typo.

Add description for Solaris 10 dual boot installation from Ben Collver
in PR port-sparc64/29703.

sparc64 has OpenFirmware, not OpenBoot PROM
also, ditch extraneous example disklabel

Use MI ../common/sysinst instead of abridged version

Major overhaul of sparc64 install notes. Reflects currently supported
hardware and installation methods along with additional info.

Remove extra "NetBSD" after ".Nx" macro.

- be more consistent between various ports' install notes
- other cleanups

major terraform (this is MUCH more than a rototill :-), including:
- update for 1.5 (still more MD stuff to check)
- use new macros in ../common/macros as appropriate
- introduce some CONSISTENCY between the various ports' install docs
- use various mdoc macros as appropriate, including .Li, .Pa, .Sy, and .Ic.
- migrate more stuff into ../common/*
- whitespace cleanup
- lots of other little things i'm sure...

finish porting these from the sparc versions. they are mostly correct
now though the install instructions could still do with some more work
and expansion....
