 1.2  11-Oct-2020  nia Generate oldschool Latin-1 variants of Spleen fonts.

Needed so ctwm can load them. ctwm uses XCreateFontSet which for some
reason seems adverse to returning UTF-8 fonts...
 1.1  10-Oct-2020  nia Add Makefile for X11 Spleen fonts. Not integrated yet.
