 1.6  13-Aug-1996  explorer Cute little bug with operator precedence in our stdio code. It appears
that flushing wasn't done right when input buffers were refilled, due
to a check like
if (foo == _A | _B) which, since _A and _B are both != 0, always
evaluates to true.
