Suggested by Igor Sobrado in PR misc/19817 However, he also proposes changing all 3cNNN->3CNNN because that is what 3Com seems to prefer. I've decided not to do it. We're just too used to the other way. Changed a couple of 3CNNNes to 3cNNNes for internal consistency.
