Add gscan(4), a driver for USB to CAN bus adapters.
This driver supports the Geschwister Schneider USB to CAN adapter, and
clones supported by the open-source candleLight firmware.
Add gscan to evbarm GENERIC (which already supports CAN family and the
sunxican(4) driver by default), and to amd64 ALL.
