1.1	30-Aug-2006	rumble	branches: 1.1.2; 1.1.6; 1.1.8; 1.1.14; Add pic and imc-specific functions to alter the GIO bus arbiter configuration. These are to be used exclusively by a higher interface in gio/gio.c. Also add functions to enable, disable and query the state of SysAd bus parity detection since certain gio(4) cards need to be able to disable it in order to work around their own buggy implementations.
