thorpej | branches: 1.5.28; 1.5.36; 1.5.38; New callout mechanism with two major improvements over the old timeout()/untimeout() API: - Clients supply callout handle storage, thus eliminating problems of resource allocation. - Insertion and removal of callouts is constant time, important as this facility is used quite a lot in the kernel.
The old timeout()/untimeout() API has been removed from the kernel.

bouyer | Update thorpej_scsipi to -current as of a month ago A i386 GENERIC kernel compiles without the siop, ahc and bha drivers (will be updated later). i386 IDE/ATAPI and ncr work, as well as sparc/esp_sbus. alpha should work as well (untested yet). siop, ahc and bha will be updated once I've updated the branch to current -current, as well as machine-dependant code.

Without this change, it panics. It's bad because resource shortage really occured when a lot of pseudo interface is created. To avoid this problem, don't panic and change return value of if_initialize() and if_attach() to int. Caller fanction will be recover from error cleanly by checking the return value. Return if bah_attach_subr() failed. If if_attach() failed in the attach function, return. - If if_initialize() failed in the attach function, free resources and return. - Add some missing frees in bridge_clone_destroy(). - KNF If error occured in bcmeth_ccb_attach(), free resources and return.
