jmmv | Fix SPLASHSCREEN_IMAGE handling
This allows a kernel compiled with options:
options SPLASHSCREEN
makeoptions SPLASHSCREEN_IMAGE="path/to/image"
to correctly display the built-in image, which was previously failing to be
initialized by init_main.c. Note that init_main.c was already checking for
makeoptions_SPLASHSCREEN_IMAGE and SPLASHSCREEN_IMAGE inconsistently in two
places, and now it doesn't anymore.

khorben | Do not panic if the splash screen is bigger than the framebuffer
This fixes a kernel crash if the splash screen does not fit inside the
framebuffer. It should probably be truncated (and optionally centered)
instead, but this avoids a panic in the meantime.
Tested on NetBSD/amd64 with a vesa framebuffer.

Follow the merge of pmap.c on i386 and amd64 and move
pmap_init_tmp_pgtbl into arch/x86/x86/pmap.c. Modify the ACPI wakeup
code to restore CR4 before jumping back into kernel space as the large
page option might cover that.

Do not panic if the splash screen is bigger than the framebuffer

nat | Added a new option for embedding a splash screen into kernel.
Add: options SPLASHSCREEN
makeoptions SPLASHSCREEN_IMAGE="path/to/image"
to your config file. So far it will work on amd64 and RPI/RPI2.
