mrg | apply -Wno-error=array-bounds for GCC 10.
these trigger "pointer to end of array" issues, and i'm not
entirely sure what is happening in the code generated for the
two "INDIR" system calls from syscalls.master.

Bump default value of WARNS for modules from 3 to 5, and
explicitly set WARNS for modules that fail with WARNS=5.
Also, turn on -Wno-missing-noreturn for clang for some files.
At the moment, among ~ 360 modules,
- 2 (lua and zfs) need WARNS=0
- 1 (solaris) needs WARNS=1
- 136 need WARNS=3 (mostly due to sign-compare)
- 4 need WARNS=4
- others can be compiled with WARNS=5

Rever changes to upstream files and replace them with additional -Wno-
compiler argument flags.
Tested with base LLVM.

chs | merge a new version of the CDDL dtrace and ZFS code.
this changes the upstream vendor from OpenSolaris to FreeBSD,
and this version is based on FreeBSD svn r315983.
in addition to the 10 years of improvements from upstream,
this version also has these NetBSD-specific enhancements:
- dtrace FBT probes can now be placed in kernel modules.
- ZFS now supports mmap().
