ATF test additions for O_CLOFORK.
These are Ricardo Branco's ATF test modifications for O_CLOFORK
& SOCK_CLOFORK (with some FD_CLOFORK included).
These have all been made able to be built & run in an environment
where O_CLOFORK (etc) are not yet visible to userland.
