1VAX machines usually need little or no preparation before installing
2NetBSD, other than the usual, well advised precaution of BACKING UP
3ALL DATA on any attached storage devices.

5You will need to know the CSR address of your disk controller(s) if
6they are on a Qbus/Unibus. The disk controllers must then be at
7either 772150 (DUA) or 760334 (DUB). These two addresses are the
8only recognized by the kernel and boot programs.

10Also; if you are installing on a VAXstation, you must have a serial
11console. The builtin graphic console are not yet supported.
