     23 	"make install" copies hpcboot.exe to binary/ directory from compile/

     25 	"make uuencode" uuencode binary/*/hpcboot.exe and
     26 	increment build number. (this number is used for next build.)
     27 	commit uuencoded binary and binary/build_number.h.
