    Add size limit to scanf string specifier
    
    While it's tempting to just switch to fgets(), that would require
    implementing our own whitespace stripping to match the current
    scanf behavior.
    
    Fixes parfait static analysis warning:
    Error: Buffer overrun
       Buffer overflow (CWE 120): Use of fscanf(%s), with buffer 'buf'
            at line 135 of app/xsm/lock.c in function 'GetLockId'.

    Use MAN_SUBST now supplied in XORG_MANPAGE_SECTIONS
    The value of MAN_SUBST is the same for all X.Org packages.
    
    Use AC_PROG_SED now supplied by XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
    The existing statement can now be removed from the configuration file.
    
    Use automake provided $(AM_V_GEN) and XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS provided $(SED)
    Enables silent rule and use platform appropriate version of sed.

        Xvidtune.cpp for xvidtune. Also comment out non-existing mga_bios.h
    Check in buildsystems for xsetroot, xsm, xstdcmap, xtrap, and xvinfo
