re-enable xf86-video-glint

distrib/sets/lists: Add a blank comment line between RCS id and body.

This serves as a buffer between RCS id changes and other changes to
the set lists, in an attempt to reduce the pain of merge conflicts
around mass set list changes.

No functional change intended.

Fixes "fail to load libfb.so" errors in case of HAVE_XORG_SERVER_VER=110.

a technically more correct solution would be to mark all but the

it would significantly slowdown postinstall obsolete checking
and as an end-user, i'm not sure i'd want it anyway.

this also makes it much easier to automate X11R7 changes ;-)

set lists updates for xorg-server 1.18 and sparc64. i've had to turn
off ag10e, glint, mga, suncg6 and sunffb drivers for now.

updates for Mesa 7.7.1.

don't build xf86-input-void; it is obsolete since xorg-server 1.4.

Link the xf86-input-ws X.Org input driver to the build and add it to the lists
that also have the wsmouse driver.

xf86-input-ws adds support for touchpanels in X11 that report absolute position
data through wscons(4), e.g. the extended ums(4) driver. xf86-input-ws was
written by Matthieu Herrb for OpenBSD.

Please remember to also update xsrc before the next system build.

add files for the sunleo driver

move protocol.txt from xserver/md.* into xbase/mi, since it's built
on all Xorg platforms, not just ones using hw/xfree86.

xsetrver set goes down massively now)
- use the right includes so that dri * mesa use the same headers
- correct LIBDPLIBS for libdri

tested by jmcneill, and builds fine for me.

Try to cleanup the sets to allow ports without X11R7 servers to build:
- Xnest is mi, cvt and gtf are not
- Man pages are (mostly) mi

As all port now build Xvfb, move it into the mi file.

Duh, after disabling the vga driver, we don't want it's manual pages
any more.

Do not build/install the vga driver on sparc64 - it won't work there
anyway (and confuses autoconfiguration)

Add the xf8_32wid module.

Add r128, radeon and atimisc files.
