Remove unnecessary gnu/usr.bin path from SRCDIRS.

Use src/distrib/utils/x_gzip in all install ramdisks/miniroots for now
since installation file systems might be flooded by -llzma.

Remove terminfo.db as it's now embedded in libterminfo.

Use the rescue terminfo.db in our images instead of termcap.

Fix indent and sort some entries.

Change ramdisks from dhclient to dhcpcd and add corresponding glue to
sysinst. For amd64, the crunchgen binary shrinks by 150KB uncompresssed,
60KB compressed.

Use the cutdown distrib/common/services and distrib/common/protocols
rather than the full fat etc versions

Add -lprop to the LIBS line so that ifconfig will link.

Since /etc/services has gotten rather large, use a minimal one for install
kernels. (mount_nfs is notably the only binary that doesn't gracefully deal
with the lack of an /etc/services file, it appears.)

Build the DHCP client, use more x_utilities, and in general sync with other
ports. There's still something weird about bpf that prevents a pure DHCP
install from succeeding, but it's closer than it was.

Add -lz, now needed by gzip.

The bootloader names appeared in many more places than I originally
thought. This commit should, finally, take care of all instances.

reflect boot.ip32

Fix PR port-sgimips/17567: sysinst wasn't installing/upgrading bootblocks on
the new disk. This requires my previous changes to sgivol to get a non-
interactive mode. While here, change the way sysinst invoked sgivol (it
called system(), now it uses run_prog()) so we don't mess up the logging
and scripting contexts.
