remove reference to tb(4), which was removed back in 2005.

Remove the satlink driver. It was disabled everywhere, had no man page and
no use either. Spotted by thorpej in PR/21345, ok christos.

Remove ISDN from the kernel. It has remained unmaintained for a long time,
is of poor quality, and is now an obstacle to MP-ification. It was removed
ten years ago from FreeBSD for the same reason.

This retires a big user of the mbuf API, and will ease maintenance of the
kernel.

fix btsco(4) driver name

Initial import of bluetooth stack on behalf of Iain Hibbert. (plunky@,
NetBSD Foundation Membership still pending.) This stack was written by
Iain under sponsorship from Itronix Inc.

The stack includes support for rfcomm networking (networking via your
bluetooth enabled cell phone), hid devices (keyboards/mice), and headsets.

Drivers for both PCMCIA and USB bluetooth controllers are included.

Fix typo or mispelling.

- keep the case consistent between the actual name and what's referenced.
e.g, if it's `foo', don't use '.Nm Foo' at the start of a sentence.

using `.Nm ""' if there's stuff following, or for the 2nd and so on
occurrences in a SYNOPSIS
- use Sx, Ic, Li, Em, Sq, and Xr as appropriate
