1 1.1 jwise Groff (GNU Troff) is a document processor which reads plain text mixed 2 1.1 jwise with formatting commands and produces formatted output. Included in this 3 1.1 jwise release are implementations of troff, pic, eqn, tbl, refer, the -man 4 1.1 jwise macros and the -ms macros, and drivers for PostScript, TeX dvi format, HP 5 1.1 jwise LaserJet 4 printers, HTML format (still alpha), and typewriter-like 6 1.1 jwise devices. Also included is a modified version of the Berkeley -me macros, 7 1.1 jwise an enhanced version of the X11 xditview previewer, and an implementation 8 1.1 jwise of the -mm macros. 9
