1 This package contains groff font description files. The font files for 2 device <name> are stored in a directory 'dev<name>'. There are two types 3 of files per device: a device description file called DESC and for each 4 font F a font file called F. These are text files; there is no associated 5 binary format. Available devices are: 6 7 ps For PostScript printers and previewers 8 9 dvi For TeX dvi format 10 11 X75 For a 75 dpi X11 previewer 12 13 X100 For a 100dpi X11 previewer 14 15 ascii For typewriter-like devices 16 17 latin1 For typewriter-like devices using the ISO Latin-1 18 character set. 19
