     14 Attempt to return the underlying operating system error code or error
     15 number that caused the most recent I/O error or failure to open a file.
     16 The return value is OS-dependent.
     17 For example, on unix systems, after

     19 returns SQLITE_CANTOPEN, this interface could be called
     20 to get back the underlying "errno" that caused the problem, such as
     21 ENOSPC, EAUTH, EISDIR, and so forth.
